Baldo Realty Group

Baldo Realty Group is a Monte Carlo real estate group offering luxury properties in several markets, including the Principality of Monaco, Dubai, France and Italy. It asked us for a website that would do justice to its portfolio and speak to an international clientele.

We designed a black-and-white website with serif typography and large full-screen images. The buy-or-rent search filters properties by country, city, type, price and bedrooms; each listing includes photos, a floor plan and, where available, videos and virtual tours. The "Stories" blog, the club and other dedicated sections round off the site, all in English, French, Italian and Russian.

The WordPress CMS was customised so that the team can upload properties, content and media in every language on their own. The contact forms are integrated with Baldo Realty Group's CRM, so every enquiry goes straight to the agency's team.
