For us, web design in Monte Carlo comes down to this: understated design, well-crafted content and a solid infrastructure.
For a Monte Carlo real estate group we built a four-language website presenting properties in Monaco, Dubai, France and Italy, with photos, video, virtual tours, a blog and forms connected to the CRM. We have been building property portals with search by area, type and price since 2016. The same method applies to service companies, yachting businesses, professional firms and family offices: multilingual websites, WooCommerce online stores, web apps and platforms with members' areas, and mobile apps for iOS and Android, across more than 50 projects since 2015.
We work fully remotely, with clients in the Principality as with those in Switzerland and the UK: briefing and feedback by email and WhatsApp, shared documents, online delivery and training. We invoice Monaco companies without Italian VAT, host the sites on our European server with a CDN and provide ongoing support in Italian and English; French copy comes from your translator and we put it in place.

How much does a website in Monte Carlo cost?
A landing page costs from €1,600 to €2,500, a brochure website from €2,500 to €4,500 and a three-language corporate website from €4,500 to €9,000. A property portal with search and listings ranges from €5,000 to €12,000, an online store from €5,000 to €15,000, and a web app starts at €9,000. Prices are in euros, without Italian VAT for Monaco companies, and you receive the final quote a few days after the briefing.
How do you invoice a Monaco company?
For VAT purposes the Principality of Monaco is treated as part of France: we invoice the Monaco company in euros without Italian VAT, under the reverse charge, quoting its VAT number. We confirm the tax details before starting, together with your accountant if needed.
Do I need an agency based in the Principality to look after my site?
No. We have no office in the Principality and the work happens entirely online, which suits companies whose partners, agents or clients are spread between Monaco, France and abroad. Briefing and feedback run over email and WhatsApp and your colleagues can follow them too, each from their own country; photos, videos and property details go through shared folders, and admin panel training takes place online.
Can the site be in French, English, Italian and Russian?
Yes: for the Monaco market we have already built a four-language website. Each language has dedicated URLs and language tags, so Google shows the right version to each visitor; the copy comes from you or your translator. Support is in Italian and English.
Do you build property portals, online stores, web apps and mobile apps?
Yes. A property portal starts at €5,000: search by area, type, sale or rent, and price, listings with galleries, video, virtual tours and floor plans, self-managed listings and integration with CRM and business software. A WooCommerce store with international payments also starts at €5,000. Web apps and platforms with members' areas start at €9,000 and iOS and Android apps at €12,000, always quoted on a written functional specification, excluding VAT.
Where are the sites hosted and who maintains them?
On our own server in Europe with CDN, SSL, backups, updates and monitoring, for a fixed yearly fee set in the quote; the domain, included in the fee, is always registered in your company's name. On request we publish the site on your own hosting, with no yearly fee: any maintenance is then agreed separately, with its own quote. Your legal adviser prepares the privacy and cookie notices; we publish them in every language of the site.
How long does a multilingual site in Monaco take?
Usually 2–4 weeks for a brochure website in one or two languages, 4–6 for a corporate website in three or four languages and 4–8 for a property portal with search and listing import, from the delivery of content. A web app takes 1–3 months, a mobile app 2–4. Translations usually set the pace, so we organise them with your translator from the start.
