We host and maintain websites, stores and platforms for clients in Italy and abroad, fully remotely: continuous monitoring, support by email and WhatsApp.

A website is never really finished: WordPress, plugins and the server receive updates every week, certificates expire, forms stop sending emails, an outdated plugin opens the door to people looking for sites to compromise. Most of the sites we see down, slow or hacked do not have a design problem: they have a maintenance problem. That is what managed hosting is for: someone who looks at the site every day, so you do not have to.
The service covers everything that keeps the site up, fast and secure: our own server in Europe, daily backups, checked updates, monitoring and restoration when something goes wrong. For online stores and web apps we add checks on payments, orders and integrations. All for a fixed yearly fee set in the quote, with no pay-as-you-go costs. For trading platforms that must stay online around the clock there is Hosting Stak, our Windows VPS service.
Support is included: a contact who knows your site answers and steps in when something does not work, and tells you clearly what the fee covers and what is quoted separately. The domain is always registered in your name, the access credentials are yours and, should you ever want to change supplier, you receive a complete copy of the site. We work fully remotely, with clients in different time zones: monitoring never stops, support follows Italian office hours.

How we work

Check
A first conversation and access to the current site: we check version, plugins, speed, backups and security. Within a few days you receive a quote with the yearly fee and what it covers.

Migration
We move the site, database and email to our European server with no downtime, with SSL active and a full test before the final switch-over; the domain stays in your name.

Maintenance
Updates and checks every week, backups and monitoring every day: we step in before a problem reaches your customers.

Email or WhatsApp: you always hear from someone who knows your site; changes and new features outside the fee are quoted before we start.

The cost of keeping a site live
The yearly fee depends on the type of site, traffic, number of plugins and integrations and level of support; we set it after the technical check and it stays fixed for the whole year. No pay-as-you-go monthly price.

Common questions
The questions we hear most often about hosting and maintenance: what the fee covers, domain, backups, security, sites built by others and what happens if you want to change supplier.
How much do hosting and maintenance cost?
The service has a fixed yearly fee, set in the quote after a technical check, based on the type of site and the space it takes up: a brochure site costs less than an online store. We do not publish a monthly price: every site is different and we prefer a set amount for the whole year. The fee covers hosting, SSL, registration and renewal of one domain, up to 5 email accounts, backups, updates, monitoring and support; extra domains or email accounts increase the fee, and new features are quoted separately, before we start.
Do I keep the domain?
Yes, always. The domain is registered in your name or your company's, with your details; registration and renewal are included in the fee and we handle the technical side, but we never own it. The same goes for the access credentials to the site and the connected services: they are yours, and we hand you a complete copy of the site at any time.
What happens if the site is hacked or breaks?
We step in: daily off-site backups let us restore the site; protection and monitoring reduce the chances of it happening, and regular updates close known vulnerabilities. Restoration from backup and malware removal on a site we maintain are covered by the fee.
Can you host a site you did not build?
Yes, after a technical check: WordPress version, plugins, theme, speed, security. If the site is in reasonable shape we migrate it and take over its maintenance; if it has structural problems we tell you first, with an estimate of what it takes to fix it or the alternative of a redesign.
Where are the servers and how do you handle data?
On servers in Europe, with an SSL certificate, encrypted backups off the server and restricted access; data processing is in line with the GDPR and, for Swiss clients, with the nFADP. If you prefer your own or your group's hosting, we publish the site there: the yearly fee does not apply and maintenance is not included, unless agreed separately with its own quote.
Can I update the site myself? Do I still need maintenance?
Yes and yes. You update copy, images, news and products yourself from the WordPress dashboard, after online training. Maintenance is about what you do not see: system, plugin and security updates, backups, monitoring, compatibility between components. These are the things that, when neglected, make a site stop working.
What if one day I want to change supplier?
You receive a complete copy of the site, database and files. No data is withheld: the fee covers the current year and the choice to renew is yours.
